There was a hint of despair when I was setting up, that came more into play as I connected with the group.
A sense of cyclic energy was also causing a disturbance, as it settled around something that wasn’t perceived previously to have recurrence. Understanding and moving with the cycle was rocky, and has created a feeling of unbalance.
These two aspects were perceived separately, and were seemingly unconnected, yet were found to overlap in concept. Perhaps their similarities were intensifying the emotion of despair. Whether combined or separate, this despair – though faint, but intense – was most centered around a feeling of surprise, uncertainty and fear. Something big had been handled, and now it was once again an issue.
The energy was most prominently stuck at the 3rd Eye, but later brought in the Sacral as well. It shifted with treatment and midway through the session had a big release that brought many waves of new energy. While not resolved, the despair had dissipated allowing a trust and once again an openness to solutions.
Checking in on the other Chakras, the Crown was very open and flowing, especially with this shift. The Throat was tense and overactive, taking in a good amount of Reiki with breathwork. The Root also had an overactive pace, feeling a bit destructive and a little angry.
A body scan also found the temples, heart-organ, and pancreas requesting treatment.
Surprisingly no call to a card draw today, but many extra elements and aspects were brought into the altar, which will help hold this healing energy for all in the coming weeks. Take a closer look at the pictures if you’re looking for guidance, and see what speaks to you.
