Energy was shared concurrently to the Throat and Heart to begin, bringing in some ease and balance.
The jaw ached for attention several times throughout the session. It felt to be structural, in the bones and teeth more than tissues, ebbing and flowing with changes in treatment.
The pink tourmaline with quartz (in the back left of the altar) also came forefront with some protective and compassionate energies mid-session.
There was an intense pressure at the Crown for a while, which may have represented mental burdens, or the physical sense of being held down / held in the “now”, unable to look forward. After some Reiki it released outward then was followed with some internal tension that was partially in the jaw as well. With the external force removed it felt like there was some internal uncertainty, or a sense of scarcity.
For a time there was a great sense of peace coming with a feeling of underwater submersion. It was flowing, a transformation and progressive movement with this descent, while all outside energies were muffled and distant, helping cultivate inner confidence and comfort.
After a while a resurfacing came, with a bit of unsettling from the impact of fully returned light and sound (and another round of jaw aches- top left and bottom right). Yet this dissipated as sensory transitions do… finding the new normal of common ground, yet also bringing this internal peace back into it.
Our guidance card for the coming weeks was #6 CONTRACT: Partnership, Legal Commitment, upright (from Sandra Anne Taylor’s “Energy Oracle Cards” deck; image and full description below). With outside pressures removed, and some newfound confidence in spaces of internal silence, does this change your commitments and plans? Looking inward, now freer, are your scales balanced or are there some things you need to shift?

#6 CONTRACT
Partnership, Legal Commitment
Upright This card shows a contract in the background, ready to be signed, indicating a committed connection of some sort. This union may be a business deal, the sale of a home, a new job, or even a commitment in marriage. Whatever the connection, this card is more than a casual agreement. It’s usually something that requires a document that’s binding – at least for the time being. The scales of justice also indicate that if a legal action is underway, it is likely to turn out in your favor. This card shines a light on potential new opportunities, so remain aware and receptive to what may be coming your way. AFFIRMATION: I am attracting wonderful, beneficial connections that support and honor me and bring me great happiness and abundance.
