A white sage clearing to begin.
Very heavy energy at connection. Like weighted skin on tired bones, holding at all the joints. An up-to-down scan observed all these areas, then a grounding tie into Mother Earth let the strength and pressure of gravity balance into stability, nourishing from below.
Focusing within the body I was immediately drawn to the kidneys and bladder, and spent some time holding Reiki here.
Later, the right ear – deep inside, like an earache within the skull.
Earlier, as I was getting ready for the session, the elemental indication was of water – the water of birth. Then, about this point within the session it became led by the air – the air of disbursal.
I added Ravintsara essential oil to a diffuser, inhaling it for the remainder of the session.
I was drawn to attend to our intuition, and with that focus saw a sprout growing tall, up within the brain. Two leaves on a long stem, rooted in the pineal. It seemed to speak of growth of intuition being tied to expansion at the Crown, then, less figuratively, this seemed to represent physical growth within the brain. New pathways being grown with neuroplasticity, while the old could fade and disappear. A greater mental understanding in connecting with the spiritual, as the body would in-turn mimic with a visceral growth.
Sacred Geometry came into the space, with neon pyramids and merkabahs glowing into this expansion.
With some time I was drawn back down to pressure within the bladder and once again held some Reiki there. This led to a clearing. I also did a closing full body sweep and gave some attention to the Solar Plexus and Heart, since those two sections hadn’t drawn or shared anything directly in the session.
During the sage clearing at the beginning of the session I had a flash of an energetic representation of the homunculus, a vision using symbols of varying sizes to represent energetic areas of the body. Then, with the sweep and awareness of the less-actively-‘speaking’ chakras, I felt drawn to adjusting today’s altar. The above/opening picture is the final altar, which is holding energy for the group until our next session, while as here is a picture of the altar when I started today’s session:
The changes, expansion, and dominant energies now represented by a wider-array of crystal support.
In closing I also drew a card requesting guidance for the coming week, and from Sandra Anne Taylor’s “Energy Oracle Cards” deck we received #50 ANGEL OF STRENGTH, inverted (image and full card description below). The 50 itself stands out to me as a strong, while also halfway number, and I feel that ties into the inversion: this may be a time of building strength, but have faith, you are building it, and you are halfway there! Using the imagery of both sacred geometry and the new pathways you can and are creating in your brain -both figuratively and literally- trust in yourself, trust in your power, and let the highest guidance come through your Crown to shower down onto every area of your body, spirit and life.

Personal Power and Inner Strength
Reversed This card reversed indicates that you are not perceiving the truth of your own power – perhaps you’re even seeing yourself as weak or ineffectual. The situation you find yourself in may seem overwhelming, but you absolutely do have the strength to see it through to a successful outcome.
Don’t fall into any old patterns of giving your power away. When you let others define you or make decisions on your behalf, you take yourself out of the picture of your own destiny creation. Meditate on the brilliant, vibrating light of this angel and recall the eternal power that surges through your life. It’s time to take back control!
