Initially there was guidance that this is the time to turn internally for answers. If there is something you are questioning, take this as an encouragement of trust. Some effort may be required to look inward, but what you need is within. Nothing is required from the outside at this moment. Let Reiki fill and assist you to find this inner Trust, then look deeper.
Connecting to the body I was first drawn to the feet. With some Reiki flow there was a feeling of restriction here. Moving up I held at the ankles, lower legs, and then coming into the upper legs there was a childlike presence and a sense of loss.
After that eased I was moved to the chest and lungs. With time these called in the temples congruently.
Widening and checking in with the energy centers I was first called to the Sacral Chakra for some time, especially the back of it, where it felt sluggish and unyielding, then exposed. As it began releasing some energies at the head cleared, and I was drawn to spend time with the Heart. Between the three a flow rose all throughout, becoming consistent and fluidly balanced. It encouraged a straightening of the entire central column and once that “plugged in” fully there was a pull back into the feet, for a final grounding treatment.
Coming close to closing there I hesitated on a card draw, given the introductory guidance, but found confidence that a card could further assist this movement into self-trust. Reiki is here to assist you in all you need, for your own self-healing processes and abilities.

Perceived Need and the Choice to Let Go
Reversed
This card reversed is a wonderful indicator that an old negative pattern, relationship, or desperate attitude is being released. As you continue to let go, you’ll be able to establish new ways of doing things and relating to others. The Universe wants to congratulate you on your healthy new approach, but be sure to support the changes you’re making in your own ongoing choices. Some patterns can be deeply encoded, and you may need to continue releasing the old habits, all the while honoring the new decisions in your thoughts, actions, and interactions with others. You’ve broken the chains, and now you can walk away from the limiting attachments into a bright and unlimited future.
AFFIRMATION: I release attachment and choose peace. I am strong, free, and able to choose what honors me.
