I was feeling strong vibes throughout the day that this session would be about Trust.
As I began setup and creating our altar I was drawn into Diana Cooper's "Angel's of Light" deck, which I've been utilizing more frequently in practice lately. This deck incudes cards with a word and description, always tying in our angel support. (Last Group Session included "Clarity".) Yet, among the deck there are a handful of named Angel Cards as well.
While creating our altar I found my intention was to draw an "Angel of Light" card for the setup, as a word of focus for this session - then to draw an Oracle card toward/at the end of the session, as foundation for continuing guidance.
To start we received not a word of focus, but Archangel Uriel directly:
I was honored an joyful to have Archangel Uriel with peace and serenity as points for focus for the whole session. Additionally, especially due to the purple and gold imagery, I find Uriel is most associated with Reiki in my personal visualizations - as I consider purple and gold light to be indicative of Reiki light.
I added some extra purple and gold elements to finish the altar and started connecting with the group for this session.
I began with a diffuser of Hygge (pronounced hoo-gah) essential oil from doTerra, which is called a "cozy blend".
I began an energetic rapport focused on relaxation and Reiki balancing for the whole body.
Then, as we had a small gathering today, I spent a lot of the session honing in on individual requestors. During this work for a group treatment I don't take additional notes, but I will say the session felt very productive. Resistances and blocks were attended, and I am hopeful insights and relief will follow for attendees.
The whole session I continuously envisioned rays of Uriel's light, their presence and their cloak.
As I began wrapping up, once again moving to a collective focus, and attending to the aura and all chakras, I applied some Island Mint essential oil - uplifting while cooling and calming - taking many inhales to support the Reiki aura, chakra, and closing effects.
I then shuffled Sandra Anne Taylor's "Energy Oracle Cards" deck, and to much blissful surprise blindly selected #41 SEVENTH CHAKRA, ARCHANGEL URIEL, upright (image and full description below). Waves of joy and wonder came over me, all under-toned by an inherent 'knowing'... of course this was right. This day and session is about Trust. Such a gorgeous card as well; it's spot already reserved on the corner of the altar, blending beautifully into the previously chosen purple and gold additions.
Imagine for a moment if you shuffled a deck of cards and chose one. Set it aside. Picked up a new deck, shuffled and chose... and it matched. That is what happened for you today. It is like a magic trick, with no trick! Whatever guidance you may reveal from thinking of, visualizing, or reading about Uriel, please feel the secure trust of the message that they are with you both right now and going forward.

The beautiful angel Uriel - also called the Fire of God - wears a brilliant crystal crown vibrating with a passionate connection to the Divine. She brings great power to your seventh energy center, which is called the crown chakra and is located at the top of your head. This card upright indicates an open and free-flowing channel of information and inspiration from the wonderful beings in the spirit world. This could also be a time of great intuition for you and guidance from your higher awareness, so allow yourself to quiet your mind and listen.
Now is a great time to get connected. The assistance from Spirit is great, and whether it's the presence of an Ascended Master, a powerful angel like Uriel, or just a loving friend or family member in spirit, their love and willingness to assist is always there. They even open you to the Akashic Records (or Alaya Consciousness) the storehouse of all information! This connection is open now, and you will find that your own spirit and the spirits of those around you will be able to provide the answers you seek and the blessings you desire and deserve.
