Setting up I was drawn into the power of a Celestial Altar, and knowing this would drive some focus I started today’s session calling in Nature and Earth Energies to create a foundation.
Upon settling with the energy connection I found several sensations throughout the body for asking for some quick attention: left wrist, skin stinging, right ear, right foot arch, left upper back.
I was also working with Plant Medicine assistance, which first spoke to prosperity, richness, and abundance. I had a few visions of wings, including a cartoony (“sweet”) bumble bee, a dragonfly, and then a faerie.
Then, moving into the cosmos, and requesting connection with angels for the rest of the session.
A lack of appreciation came forward, which is resulting in both physical and emotional difficulty. And following our theme with the Universe, knowing a full moon in just on the horizon: This is a time to tune into the moon (and perhaps the planets as well, for whatever that means to you). For some, this may mean paying attention to astrology, while others may simply gaze to the sky and reflect. Or perhaps simply metaphorically asking “What is coming into illumination this week?” “Can I take this opportunity to observe and heighten my awareness?”
Focusing into the body, the Root showed up with a significant block related to anxiety. I went into visualization of red ball of light, which became a giant exercise ball seat, stabilizing the whole lower body, but also showing how we can maintain balance by swaying. In solid connection with the Earth the tree is still a being of motion to keep resiliency. This brought in a lot of chest pressure that wanted some posture and core support. As if to say: this doesn’t mean to bend or give in, or sacrifice belief to make things “easier”… rather, once you can feel secure in your connection with Earth and have trust in your cosmic support above, that central axis is steadfast regardless of any other flexibility. That is when you find swaying in the breeze (or flowing with life’s many waves) actually a point of calming, where anxiety can be released.
Moving into the Sacral chakra, there was a slowing or blockage surrounding money. It felt to have an attachment to heartache, but is more physically manifesting with headaches. A wind funnel began swirling counter-clockwise around the prefrontal cortex to release these pressures. Then moved in stages down the body to absorb any additional associated energies.
The shifts in these two energy centers today are a big deal! The message being that this is a great victory on multiple physical levels that will move into manifesting a solid cosmic connection, and are foundational changes necessary for the prosperity sought. Yet, there is a warning of difficult familial relationships during this time. It speaks to communication being key, even (especially) when it gets tough. Expression for building that self-victory is essential, and it won’t be easy for those in your life to hear… yet, this is a phase… a time to sway. Stay in trust and the end result is a shining life of appreciation, health and happiness.
